We believe in creating an experience that’s as seamless and luxurious as your results. These light but clear policies help us protect your time, our artistry, and the energy of our space.

Cancellations + Reschedules

We totally understand that life happens! We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us enough time to offer the spot to someone on our waitlist.

Late changes may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Deposits for Extensions + Long Sessions

To reserve time for specialty services like extensions or multi-hour transformations, we do require a 50% deposit. This deposit goes toward your final total and helps ensure our stylists’ time is protected.

Running Late?

Please let us know if you’re running behind. More than 15 minutes late may mean we need to adjust or reschedule your service to keep the day flowing smoothly.

Consultations Are a Must for Big Changes

Whether you’re exploring a major color shift or extensions, consultations are required before booking. This allows us to properly prepare and customize your experience.

Product + Hair Orders

Custom-ordered hair or products are non-refundable once ordered. We’ll always walk you through the best options for your hair goals, but once the order is placed, it’s considered final.

Communication Is Key

We’re here for your questions, but we keep all service-related communication within business hours so our team can rest and recharge. For anything service-specific, we recommend using the salon number or booking portal instead of personal texts or DMs.

We’re a space rooted in respect, artistry, and warmth. Any behavior that disrespects our team or disrupts the environment won’t be tolerated.
